Unless you are in the room or have permission to check their phone, there is not a lot you can do if they agree to see each other later in the day / week / whatever without telling you. All you can do is stay in touch with everyone. Again, a good driver will normally spot this as the texting will begin as soon as she gets in the car.

Selling extra supplies. Some things that girls sell as extras are fine and nothing to do with you – bottles of wine, extra condoms, whatever. Though with a driver on site that could be your profit. Do not supply it to your driver. Do not tell clients, escorts or drivers where to get it (even if you know). This also has the added advantage of making you less interesting to drug dealers looking to “partner” with someone. And you can sleep without any fear of people in wind breakers and caps knocking at your door.
