How To Build An Escort Agency (Part 4)

In Part 2 of How To Build An Escort Agency I explained how to identify the right search terms (keywords) to aim for. In Part 3 I showed you how to select a domain name and find a web design agency to build your site for you. Now you know what to put on the site. Well, I would suggest starting your site small and gradually building it as you apply Search Engine Optimisation and backlink building to the site. By a small site, I mean in terms of the number of pages. The basic is 5 pages plus a blog page. Those five basic pages are: Home, Recruitment, About Us, Contact (plus blog). Rates and Terms. When the sire is big enough you can add in a gallery page. But you do not need it initially if you lay out the home page properly.

2 girls in string bikinis with their hands on each others bottomsBy properly, I mean have a look at the site for Classic Courtesans in London. Forget the layout and visual of the site, just take a look at the structure of the home page. The keywords that is is aiming at are variations on “mature escorts London”. The page is headed with them and they are spread out throughout the subheadings and the text. There is a roughly optimal percentage for how often the keywords should be used in the text. The web agency that you use should be able to check this for you as they build the site, using Yoast or one of the other terms. Too high a percentage is far worse than too low, as it tells Google that you are trying too hard and makes the site look suspicious, which means you will be penalised.

A YouTube video is useful and again your web design agency should be able to help with that. Likewise a Google Maps location, but once more the web design agency should advise you on that. The text does not have to fancy, it just has to explain what you do (or intend to do), how you plan to do it, and who with. The front page needs to have between three hundred and fifty and five hundred words at the start. You can add more text to it later if you need to. The photographs should link through to the profiles of individual girls so that potential clients can “browse”. The rest of the site is pretty straightforward. The other pages do not need to especially full of words, the words just need to be relevant to the page title. Then Google know that you are a serious site.

The site should be fine tuned by your design agency for “on page” optimisation – which means making sure the content, meta tags and all sorts of things you do not need to know about yet are attractive to Google and relevant to the target location. The it is “off page” optimisation, which is what we discuss in Part 5.

Being a Kensington Escort

When I previously wrote, I revealed that being a call girl in Kensington, Knightsbridge, Chelsea or virtually any place else in the English capital is altogether legitimate provided there is no extra statutes are being broken (under age relations, taxes being evaded, sale of narcotics, animal cruelty…); no people trafficking or duress associated; just one woman is working from the location; there is no soliciting or advertising in telephone boxes. The Crown Prosecution Service even have published guidelines that say how they do not ant to prosecute hookers or escort agencies unless it is a way in to other criminal activity. (Like catching Al Capone for tax evasion instead of everything else)

So let us start by looking at the mid market. That has lots of women requiring more or less two hundred and fifty pounds for sixty minute reservation. Which is great, but the majority of their business is from calls at their own flat, which suggests that you really need a venue to do the job from. And that needs to be rented and the costs for it are paid out of your expenses. And do I really have to say, by the way, that doing tricks from home is a really, really, shitty plan?

That pricing is about the same for niche markets such as Dominatixes or mature London escorts as well as for more run-of-the-mill activities.

In the case that you plan to be a high-class Belgravia call-girl, you will be going head to head with girls who are as sexy as well-known swimwear models (or who might possibly perhaps even be well-known swimwear models…you would be amazed who turns tricks if the cash is right!). You will also be up against females who are fluent the language of love in several languages that they speak conversationally. The same women often also possess doctorates or several Masters degrees, which is a little intimidating, to be frank. Quite often you will see all of these in one irritating pleasant, enjoyable and warm and friendly sex bomb.

Before you commence working you have to take the time to work out exactly your banking requirements and how you will manage your payments and book keeping. I am all in favour of everyone fucking as much as possible. But you have never been fucked until you have had an inspection by HMRC. It is not nice, and it never pays well. So leave the risky behaviour to the bedroom and keep the paperwork clean, accurate, honest and up to date.

But I was also pointing out that being a London call girl will necessitate that you have a good very long hard view at the truths of what being in the business means. So if I am not meaning difficulties around lawfulness, infections etc, what am I taking about? Well the pointer is in my mention of the word “business”. Offering for sale sexuality is a sales operation. It is a job like every other. Prostitution and soldiering are the two oldest professions. People who are successful and have a long career in each approach them with careful professionalism.

Anybody setting foot into any other sort of enterprise would do a little investigation and marketplace checking first, but people just heave themselves into the sex business on the assumption that since “sex constantly sells” they will be assured to be able to easily sell their merchandise and make a huge piece of money immediately. Imagine expecting similarly about starting a club, bistro, outlet or anything else and you can appreciate how crazy it would be. Gentlemen might always want to get their end away with a beautiful woman. However, why will these individuals buy affection from you as opposed to another woman? Blokes also want food, but I am uncertain I would choose to launch against Waitrose!

If you go for the low ens of the market you will be fighting facing loads of attractive ladies who lodge 7 to a bedroom to ensure that they can transfer as much hard earned cash home as feasible to the countries of eastern Europe that they originate from. They are also completely happy to travel at no notice, to anywhere, at any time of the day or night, and provide an hour of strenuous fucking of any kind you can conceive of (and some you cannot). And all that for a hundred quid, half of which they then pay to an agency.

Which leads me to point out that your most significant feature, if it pertains to you, is that you are English. So few girls in the mass market in England are English that it comes to be a major advertising and marketing element!

So do your groundwork, stop to consider it through, and good luck when you go for it!

Want to be an escort in Mayfair?

Your foremost edge, if it applies to you, is the fact of being English. So few in London are English that it eventually becomes a huge sale issue! That applies equally to mature escorts, high class escorts and the mid market. Even more so at the lower end of the market.

Any individual setting foot into any other style of enterprise would do a little bit of study and market place testing to start with, but people just catapult themselves into the sex industry on the assumption that since “sex sells” they will be certain to be able to market their wares and make a huge hunk of cash immediately. Imagine expecting the same way about opening a bar, eatery, shop or something else and you can appreciate how senseless it may be. Guys might always to get their rocks off. But why will these individuals buy it from you rather than someone else? Men also want fast food, but I am uncertain I would desire to set up in opposition to Burger King!

If you go mass market you will be contesting opposed to lots of amazing hotties from east European countries who roost 8 to a bedroom time-sharing bunks in order that they can forward as much hard earned cash to their places of origin as possible. They are also completely happy to make a journey any place in the west end or further afield at no notice at any moment of the day or night and offer an hour of strenuous shagging of any variety you can think of for a hundred pounds for 60 minutes of hard work.

Should you intend to be a high-class Mayfair call-girl, you will be contesting with girls who have the faces and figures of Victoria Secret or FHM models/actresses (or who might perhaps even be Victoria Secret or FHM models/actresses!). You will also be competing with females who are well-versed in several languages (and also the vocabulary of passion!) and who hold PhDs, MBAs, MSc or other post-grad qualifications. Often you will discover every one of this in the shape of one annoying pleasant, pleasant and courteous sex bomb.

That leaves behind the mid market. Which in turn teems with females asking for around 250 pounds a session, which is neat, but much of their business is in calls which involves that you have a bedroom to work from, and that should be rented and that is taken out of your rates. Does it genuinely it need saying that doing business from house is a truly, truly horrible approach?

When I last wrote, I discussed that being a courtesan in Mayfair or anywhere else in London is altogether legitimate so long as there is no people trafficking or coercion associated, just one girl is working from the site, there is no soliciting or publicizing in phone boxes, and also not one other laws are being broken. (Sale of drugs, animal cruelty, under age fornication, money laundering …).

But I was equally explaining that being a London working-girl will require you to take a good long hard view at the realities of what working in the market means. Whether you are a young lady or a mature woman. So if I am not meaning concerns around legitimacy, sexually transmitted diseases etc, what am I referring to? Well the tip-off is in my mention of the word “market”. Promoting sex is a sales service. It is a field like any other. Certainly that the two oldest professions are sex and violence. Warrior and whore.

Also lastly, you have to work out effective ways to manage your cash and banking it. Which means ledgers and accountants. The last thing you really want to do is minimize your earnings to the good people at HMRC. This way you are certain to get a really good screwing. And certainly not in the pretty good or rewarding manner!
